Very powerful week for us here at SD Project. A mother of 7 reached out in need of financial help to keep her son on the ice for his senior year of hockey. The costs being roughly $4,000 was forcing the other younger siblings to put their sports on hold so they would even have a shot for the oldest son Lorenzo to live out his final year in high school. We learned that basically he wasn’t going to be able to pull it off and the mother was crushed to have to possibly tell her son he can’t play the sport he loves. I reached out to our supporters told them the scenario and was raised the money in 6 hours. Powerful thing you guys did for this kid. As always , thank you ✊🏻
